Custom crawl space doors in Concord, NC — built for your house, installed in one visit.

Concord runs from historic mill-era homes near downtown and Gibson Village — where openings have been settling for eighty-plus years — to the huge run of 1990s-and-newer subdivisions off Highway 73 and around the speedway. The older stock needs doors built to out-of-square openings; the newer stock is hitting the age where builder-grade plywood doors fail all at once, street after street.

Cabarrus red clay holds water. Plywood doors along Church Street, Union Street, and the mill villages rot from the bottom up faster than homeowners expect. A painted panel looks fine from the driveway until the bottom rail crumbles in your hand. PVC doesn't absorb that moisture, so it doesn't start the same clock.

Speedway-side and Highway 73 subdivisions are a different problem: mostly square openings, original doors aging out in bulk. Those are instant-quote, one-visit installs — and we already cross into Concord every week from the Belmont shop. No trip charge, 15-year warranty, same rebuilt frame on every job.
